FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Lake Forest is growing and looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, clinician-driven care with the support of a nationally recognized brand—without weekend hours or productivity pressure.

• $90,000–$100,000 base salary; performance-based bonus opportunities
• Full-time or part-time schedule options

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
• Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or in final stages of licensure)
• Open to full-time or part-time work
• Vestibular training or experience is a strong plus
• Orthopedic outpatient experience is a plus
• Self-motivated clinician committed to quality patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
