Location: Lake Forest, CA and Placentia, CA
About: The Family Care Coordinator is a key support role responsible for the smooth on-boarding and scheduling of new clients, daily facility operations, and ensuring the efficient management of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with clients, families, volunteers, and the administrative director to ensure the highest level of care and service.

- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree or higher preferred experience. - At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or health care setting.
- Knowledge of medical billing, insurance procedures, and patient scheduling systems.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when working with clients and team members.
- Multi-tasking abilities, problem solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Greet and onboard families with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain continuity of care.
- Manage patient records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA).
- Maintain office supplies and equipment for ordering as needed.
- Facility Maintenance:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the facility to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. - Assist with insurance verification, billing inquiries, and clerical support.
