Aboutthe position:
As a Housekeeper, you will be assigned to clean an area of the community including resident apartments
Performs housekeeping cleaning duties in resident apartments and common areas
Secure appropriate equipment and supplies to carry out assignments and to use safely according to training, policy and procedure.
Clean floors, dry mop, wetmop, vacuum, sweep, disinfect where and when assigned; perform emergencyhousekeeping duties when accidents occur.
Clean moveable and stationeryfurnishings and fixtures; dust, spot clean or wash, disinfect, polishincluding ledges, vents, shelves, corner, door tops, moldings, etc.
Empty, clean and reline wastebaskets, straighten or realignfurniture as instructed, inspects furnishings.
Maintains updated inventory of laundry supplies
Notify supervisor of any concerns with equipment and supplies
Maybe assigned to assist as Laundry Aide as needed
Benefit sand pay:
Weoffer a competitive salary between $18.00 - $19.00 and excellent benefits including:
