This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who:

• Have 2+ years of sales experience (phone or call-center sales strongly preferred)
• Are competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance
• Communicate with confidence and build trust quickly

• You’ll step into a full Mortgage Loan Officer role:
• Consult with clients on mortgage and refinance options
• Guide borrowers from application through closing
• Partner with processors and underwriters for fast closings
• Build long-term client relationships and referral business
