Senior Bookkeeper & Finance Manager – Advanced Imaging Services

Advanced Imaging Services is a fast-growing company specializing in the service and support of MRI and CT scanners across the U.S. We are looking for a highly experienced finance professional to take on a senior bookkeeping role while helping us strengthen and modernize our financial operations.

You’ll work alongside our current finance/HR lead (who helped build our financial systems from the ground up) to manage bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance, while also bringing in the structure and expertise from your 5+ years of finance management experience. This is a key role where you’ll both keep the books accurate and guide improvements to the way we manage our finances.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Partner with leadership to implement stronger financial systems, controls, and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and serve as a knowledge resource for our growing finance function.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth financial coordination.

• 5+ years of proven experience in finance management, accounting, or senior bookkeeping.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Ability to improve and optimize financial processes.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, but also strategic in approach.
