• Conducting adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong passion for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable insights
• Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy platforms

• Implementing pre‑packaged curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks

Cultivate a passion for reading in young students

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to be on‑site at one of our campuses:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
