What You Will Be Doing- Conducting adaptive reading workshops for 4‑7 year olds that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable insights
- Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI literacy platforms
- Implementing pre‑packaged curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a passion for reading in young students
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to be on‑site at one of our campuses:

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
