Our kindergarten through second-grade students complete their core academic work in only 2 hours daily through AI-driven adaptive learning systems. Your role is not to deliver traditional lessons—it is to coach. You will facilitate dynamic life skills sessions, inspire children to reach their learning targets, and cultivate the mindset and routines essential for long-term success.

What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with kindergarten through second-grade students, coaching them while reinforcing literacy competencies introduced by Reading Specialists
- Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet their weekly academic objectives
- Guiding emotional self-regulation, perseverance, and critical thinking through structured routines delivered with warmth
- Monitoring student advancement and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and modifying approaches in partnership with your colleagues
- Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individual connection
- Instructing core academic content - our adaptive platforms handle that

Basic Requirements- Must be available for full-time, in-person work at our location in Chicago, IL;

Santa Monica, CA;
Lake Forest (Orange County), CA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with children aged 4–7 in educational settings, after-school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Captivating storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of engaging and maintaining the focus of young children in group settings
- Capable of maintaining elevated expectations for both yourself and your students, and motivating children to achieve their objectives
- Growth‑oriented mindset and receptiveness to coaching
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
