We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing team in a hybrid role based in Foothill Ranch, CA. In this role, you’ll be the frontline connection to our customers, helping resolve inquiries, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure a smooth servicing experience.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support account management, claims processing, and customer satisfaction.

• Resolve customer issues with a one-call resolution approach
• Respond to inquiries regarding account status and loan servicing
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternative solutions
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in loan servicing systems
• Ensure timely follow-up on voicemails and outstanding customer requests
• Meet daily and monthly servicing goals including KPIs such as talk time, handle time, ACW, etc.
• Support other duties as assigned

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (auto finance preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Pay Range: $18.80–$26.40/hr
