We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Loan Servicing team in a hybrid role based in Foothill Ranch, CA. In this role, you’ll be the frontline connection to our customers, helping resolve inquiries, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure a smooth servicing experience.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support account management, claims processing, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues with a one-call resolution approach
- Respond to inquiries regarding account status and loan servicing
- Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternative solutions
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in loan servicing systems
- Ensure timely follow-up on voicemails and outstanding customer requests
- Meet daily and monthly servicing goals including KPIs such as talk time, handle time, ACW, etc.
- Support other duties as assigned
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (auto finance preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
