As the Office Manager, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while managing several day-to-day office operations processes, interact with and resolve customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the agent you support.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the agency daily operations.
  • Refine and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues.
  • Using State Farm s wide range of products and services to fill the needs of our customers.
  • Work with the Agent in training and mentoring existing and new team members.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations or office management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Compassion and Empathy
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • CA Property & Casualty and Life/Health License Required
