COMPENSATION IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE, MINIMUM $18.00 PER HR TO START) PLUS BONUSES PAID MONTHLY

The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have:
- Data Entry Experience with at least 50+ wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Answer phones, assist with questions, and direct calls
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and scan and email paperwork
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
- Manage, Monitor and follow-up on patient accounts.
- Support and assist other departments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Collect billing and medical records
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Process payments
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Great customer service skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe software
