Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY Our agency opened in July 2014 and currently has two team members who play an essential role in helping our customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a bar manager and bartender — an experience that taught me the value of strong communication, multitasking, and genuine connection with people. My wife, who worked as a team member in a State Farm agency, encouraged me to take the leap into agency ownership, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
