Office Manager – Medical Equipment Operations
Advanced Imaging is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, inventory coordination, and shipping logistics for our medical equipment facility. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment supporting both office and field operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow between departments.
- Oversee and maintain accurate documentation of medical equipment inventory in the company’s management system.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and vendor communication.
- Track incoming and outgoing equipment, ensuring accuracy in records and physical inventory.
- Assist with ordering office and operational supplies, maintaining proper stock levels.
- Support management with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, field engineers, and administrative staff to ensure timely communication and task completion.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of equipment, service calls, and shipping documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management or ERP software.
- Prior experience in office administration, shipping coordination, or inventory management preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Employment Type: Full‑time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
