Champions Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals.;
Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints;
Performs ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking, rotating and merchandising duties;
Assists the Grocery Manager and the Grocery Third Person in planning, organizing and directing day-to-day operations of the Grocery Department;
Opens and closes the store. May act as back up cashier.
