If so, All Star Physical Therapy in Lake Elsinore, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTAs. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software, which reduces documentation time and gives you more time to treat patients. All of our PTs receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $47 - $55/hour Job Location: Lake Elsinore, CA

Sign on bonus up to $10K, plus daily productivity bonuses available.

• Reviewing patients’ medical history.
• Providing excellent 1:1 care for patients, spending an average of 30 minutes with each person.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed.

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in California or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.
• Experienced physical therapists and new grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
