Senior Information Security Compliance Analyst

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and ensure adherence to frameworks
• Lead risk assessments to evaluate potential security threats and collaborate with teams to remediate compliance gaps
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, preparing evidence to demonstrate compliance
• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and recommend improvements to the compliance program

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance requirements
• Hands‑on experience with compliance management tools and GRC platforms
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required

• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Familiarity with cloud security and third-party risk management
• Understanding of EU and UK compliance regulations, laws, and frameworks
