ERP Analyst (Epicor Eclipse)

A well-established, financially stable organization in the wholesale distribution industry is seeking an ERP Analyst with strong Epicor Eclipse (Eterm & Solar) experience to join a small, high-impact IT team. This is a 100% remote role supporting a mature, highly customized Eclipse environment with 100+ users, active enhancements, and an upcoming system upgrade.
The incoming ERP Analyst will step into a visible role, partnering closely with operations and IT leadership to ensure business continuity, drive system improvements, and support ongoing ERP initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)- Act as a subject matter expert for Epicor Eclipse across core functional areas
- Support and enhance Eclipse Eterm & Solar, including customizations and companion applications
- Partner with operations and IT to define requirements, standardize processes, configure solutions, and test enhancements
- Lead or support ERP‑related projects from planning through execution
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
- Provide hands‑on support for Eclipse configuration, testing, and system optimization
- Perform data imports, mass loads, and validation to ensure data integrity
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability
- Support ERP‑related service desk tickets with clear communication and timely resolution
- Assist with onboarding and integration of newly acquired organizations
- Create professional documentation and user training materials to support adoption of new features and processes
- 3+ years of hands‑on Epicor Eclipse experience (Eterm & Solar)
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution operations, including finance, supply chain, sales, inventory, and warehouse processes
- Experience with Eclipse file maintenance, inventory lifecycle, procurement, and reporting
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Share Point
- Experience supporting highly customized Eclipse environments
- Exposure to Eclipse database structures and reporting tools
- Prior involvement in ERP upgrades, integrations, or acquisition support
- Comfort working in a small team where versatility and ownership are valued
