Labor Worker; Entry-Level

The Labor Worker is a temporary, entry-level position created to provide additional job-site support to a Service Technician during a transitional return-to-work period. This role assists with physical and preparatory tasks to help ensure safe, efficient completion of service and installation work while the technician regains full work capacity. This position is ideal for an individual with little to no experience who is willing to learn and assist as directed.

• Assist Service Technician on job sites with general labor and support tasks.
• Carry, lift, and transport tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Help set up and break down job sites before and after work is completed.
• Perform basic physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, organizing, and positioning materials.
• Hand tools, parts, and materials to the technician as directed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job-site requirements.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support service operations.

• No prior HVAC/R experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work closely with a service technician.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and assist where needed.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
