Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun, and make money!
We believe in investing in your success. As a first-time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay, based on residency and state laws.
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually, based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses are available to qualifying individuals.
What You’ll Do:
- Promote a high-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs
- Conduct demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations effectively
- Close sales by collaborating closely with the F&I team
- Follow up with customers and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
- Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
- Basic computer skills for reviewing inventory and entering customer data
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Compensation Details:
This position is entirely commission-based.

The estimated annual variable compensation ranges from $50,000 to over $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine, a base hourly rate at least equal to the applicable minimum wage is provided, plus variable compensation. In other states, a minimum hourly rate of $12.25 or higher (based on state minimum wage) is guaranteed, offsetting variable earnings.
