• Understand and practice mission, values, and objectives
• Cut, weigh, or measure ingredients as instructed
• Prevent spoilage through proper storage in designated containers and areas
• Monitor temperature of food and storage areas
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations throughout kitchen and restaurant
• Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses
• Correctly place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas

Job Expectations for All

• Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
  
  May inhale smoke from a wood burning cooker
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
