Job Summary and Qualifications

What will you do in this role?

* Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism

* Route incoming calls

* Operate the public address system

What qualifications will you need?

* High School Diploma or equivalent is needed

* Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred
