Requirements:
- Must have 1 year of recent acute care ICU experience (Will consider a 2-year PCU RN)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse License
- Associate Degree

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Demonstrates knowledge and application of the nursing process.
- Participates and cooperates in unit-based Quality Improvement processes.
- Plans and implements patient care and teaching based on a total assessment and the age of the patient.
- Evaluates and documents patient response; monitors and recognizes changes in physiological and psychosocial status; takes appropriate action based on assessment of the patient.
- Serves as the patient and family advocate with respect to the patient's right to privacy by protecting confidential information.
- Practices and develops customer service skills in relationships with internal and external customers.
