Overview
Facility: Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation
Location: Lake City, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $75,500-$90,000 per year
Join Our Leadership Team! Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse ready to grow in a leadership position within a supportive, resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily nursing operations and unit staffing
- Supervise nurses and CNAs to ensure quality care
- Conduct resident assessments and oversee care plans
- Support staff training, development, and mentorship
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Serve as a preceptor for new nursing staff
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN or LPN license
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (SNF/LTC preferred)
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
