ICU Registered Nurse - Lake City, FL (Offering Sign-on & Relocation Bonus)

Shifts:

Night Shift

Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr. (nights), $2.00/hr. (weekends)

Job Summary:

As an ICU RN, you will provide critical nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The role requires advanced clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and collaborative abilities to ensure safe and high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply the nursing process in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

• Recognize changes in patient conditions and take immediate, appropriate action

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and resource-efficient care environment

• Serve as a patient and family advocate, respecting privacy and confidentiality

• Document patient care and outcomes clearly and accurately

• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives

• Practice excellent customer service with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• FL Registered Nurse license is required

• An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required

• BLS & ACLS - within 30 days of hire

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ICU experience required

• Will consider RNs with at least 2 years of PCU experience
