Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3/hr
Sign-On: Up to $20,000

A Lake City area hospital is seeking a Renal Vascular RN to join a high-volume medical‑surgical service that manages renal failure, vascular disorders, chronic complex conditions, and post‑procedural recovery. This environment demands strong assessment skills, time management, and comfort working with higher patient volumes within a structured 12‑hour shift model.
What You will Do- Monitor patient conditions and identify early changes in status
- Administer medications and execute provider‑directed care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education related to treatment and follow‑up
- Support safe workflows, efficient care delivery, and unit‑wide standards
- Active Florida or Compact RN license
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience (LTAC, rehab, SNF, or corrections experience accepted)
- ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred
- BLS required; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days
