Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring skilled HVACR professionals and support staff to meet the company's operational and growth needs. This role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline for field technicians, installers, sales, and corporate roles while supporting workforce planning and employer branding initiatives within the HVACR industry.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for HVACR positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, technical requirements, and project timelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, certifications, licenses, and field experience.
• Manage offer letters, negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice within the HVACR industry.
• Support career fairs, trade shows, and recruitment events.
• Assist in developing recruitment marketing content highlighting company culture, safety standards, and career growth opportunities.

• Familiarity with HVACR roles, certifications, and technical terminology is highly desirable.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficient with ATS, job boards, and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Office-based with occasional visits to trade schools, or career events.
• May require flexible hours to support field staff hiring and urgent staffing needs.

Helios HVAC/R Services LLC determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is up to $19-24 an hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
