Job Summary
Wolfson Children’s Hospital is looking to add a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team in Lake City, FL. This is a full‑time opportunity at Wolfson Children’s Center – Lake City.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
- Provide extensive patient/family education.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with orthopedic, neuro, and pediatric rehab preferred.
- Outpatient experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist required.
