As the Emergency Screening Coordinator
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will:

• Lead enterprise-wide quality improvement initiatives to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee risk management strategies to ensure safety, compliance, and proactive mitigation.
• Direct the medical records department, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.
• Guide marketing and communications to elevate brand visibility and community engagement.
• Manage facilities operations to maintain safe, welcoming environments for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, policy development, and performance metrics.
• Serve as a thought leader and change agent, championing innovation and operational best practices.

• Bachelor Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, health administration or related field from an established college or university.
• AA degree or certification as a Medical/Nursing Assistant
• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health environment.
