This role will lead field operations for a campus-wide electrical improvement project supporting Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate work across an active campus environment will be key to success.

• Lead daily jobsite operations for electrical infrastructure improvements
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work progresses according to schedule
• Monitor project quality and ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Maintain communication with the Project Manager and campus stakeholders
• Track project progress and identify potential issues early
• Maintain jobsite documentation and daily reporting
• Enforce safety standards and site procedures

• Experience leading commercial or institutional construction projects
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain schedules
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn technical project scopes
• Clear communication and strong leadership in the field
