Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Maintain engineering for HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Review assigned work orders and determine work priorities.
• Install machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Inspect kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust HVAC equipment.
• Repair, remove, clean, adjust, and remove plumbing fixtures, line vents, and drains as needed to ensure proper operation and sanitation.
• Make minor electrical repairs, including repair and replacement of outlets, light fixtures, and equipment; ensure adequate lighting in all areas by replacing lights as needed.
• Adhere to departmental quality standards; follow all safety rules.
• Fabricate, repair, and maintain mechanical devices, motors, and pumps; perform painting, carpentry, and upholstery work as required.
• Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
• Install and maintain all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Respond to maintenance calls.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and minimum two (2) years of facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent and literate in English.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and/or finishing trades.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Basic math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Previous experience with all aspects of maintenance and engineering (emphasis on electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and maintenance of all equipment).
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
