Perform other duties as required. Five or more years’ experience in the HVAC/R service field.  Requires in-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.  Must be physically able to perform maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to: climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.  Familiar with boiler and air/water cooled chillers.
** Pay: $36.82
** hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.  Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
