As a Sales Associate
, you’ll create magic by delivering world-class guest service and a memorable photo experience. Join the team today and enjoy your new office view at one of our unique holiday locations.

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
• Professional attire and good hygiene
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week or as needed

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided movement independently

Note: All Sales Associates/Photographers who are at least 18 years of age may have the opportunity to work as Bunny Character for an additional $2/hour. If working as a Bunny Character, you will be responsible for tasks including engaging with guests, posing for photos, staying in character, and lifting/carrying equipment up to 10-25 pounds with high physical demands.
