• High school diploma or GED preferred;
  Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection.
• Previous related experience preferred; experience with POS systems and outdoor hobbies beneficial.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers; bilingual skills a plus.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and organize efficiently.
• Knowledge of inventory software and outdoor hobbies.
