• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members (required).
• Excellent communication skills (required).
• Retail management experience (preferred).
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height (required).
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting (required).
