As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You help manage daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience. Support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results.
• Leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO values. Model service standards for the Sales floor and fitting room, and hold associates accountable.
• Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and coaching: set clear goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. Celebrate performance to drive engagement.
• Visual and operational execution: implement daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. Ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity and safety: maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and act with integrity.
