• Simulate pilot actions and communications in an Air Traffic Controller training simulator
• Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during training exercises
• Receive and respond to voice commands from students, ensuring accurate simulation of pilot actions
• Translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology for effective communication
• Complete necessary certifications to perform as a Remote Pilot Operator across all positions

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
• Clear verbal communication skills to ensure effective interaction with students
• U.S. Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

• Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting, including collaboration with multimedia developers and subject matter experts
• Certification or experience in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation labs
• Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Basic understanding of pilot/controller communications and phraseology
