Are you ready to put your Managerial experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense Systems wants you to join our team as a Product Support Manager 1 and join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! The role will be based in Lake Charles, LA.
Your Duties Include, But Not Limited To- You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for one integrated support element. This will include systems analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance or modifications, support equipment and facilities.
- You will be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs).
- Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of a specific unit or work package; life cycle support type contract or broad responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a delivery order or small technical services-type contract.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
- Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, nights, holidays, weekends and support on-call status when necessary.
- Experience managing property and/or support equipment.
- Experience with procurement of consumables, tooling, and repair tooling.
- Experience in min/max shelf stock analysis and recommendation.
- Experience with asset management and distribution between multiple locations CONUS and OCONUS.
- Aviation and Aerospace Industry Operational Logistics supervisory experience.
