Are you ready to put your Managerial experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense Systems wants you to join our team as a Product Support Manager 1 and join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! The role will be based in Lake Charles, LA.

You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for one integrated support element. This will include systems analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training, maintenance or modifications, support equipment and facilities.

You will be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs).

Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of a specific unit or work package; life cycle support type contract or broad responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a delivery order or small technical services-type contract.

High school diploma or equivalent and 10 years of relevant experience; or…
