• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory directives
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the employer's environment
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation
• Provide project management services to the compliance and audit teams, tracking project activity and providing status updates
• Work closely with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience managing projects for IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to track current activities and alert management on project risks

• Experience working in a compliance-focused role
• Familiarity with application security standards and practices
• Previous experience in a technical application management role
• Knowledge of insurance industry regulations
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
