Set up banquet meal functions as prescribed by the Banquet Function sheet;
Provide prompt and professional service during banquet meal functions;
Be familiar with the menu and wines being served;
Be aware of all functions and activities in the Hotel/Casino during the shift;
Serve all alcoholic beverages knowledgeably and in strict compliance with all applicable alcoholic beverage laws;
Ensure that butters, milks, sugars and other requirements are set ready on the station or table.
