Rheumatology Partnership Opportunity:
Lake Charles, LA Located 1 hr to Beaumont, 2 hrs to Houston and 1 hr. to Lafayette, 30 minutes from the Gulf Experienced candidates and new grads welcome to apply Position Details

• Full-time
• Permanent
• Partnership from day 1, No buy-in
• 2 year guarantee at the MGMA median with bonus opportunity, all practice expenses, benefits and med mal covered under the guarantee
• Schedule during guarantee period: M-F, 8-5pm, you set your own schedule after the guarantee period
• Inpatient or Outpatient - Choose your practice
• Hospitalist services are available
• Only 2 FTE rheumatologist in the area (1 close to retirement)
• 2 to 3 month wait time for rheumatology services
• Join 32 physician partner group, 70 provider group
• Built-in referrals, 18 primary care providers
• Lab and imaging ancillary services in-house
• Call schedule take his/her own call, hospital has a hospitalist program for use = no call
• Daily patient census 25 up to 40 depending on the practice and physician - Patient volume allows up to 40 patients/day
• No infusion center onsite but contracts with Infusion Service when needed. Also, the hospital has an infusion center available to the group.
• Vacation time 3 weeks while on guarantee, unlimited after guarantee up to physician at that point
