With 6 on-site food and beverage outlets, 24-hour arcade, 2 heated pools, and over 800 rooms and suites, this property has it all! Our engineering team is looking for a Maintenance Tech III.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, knowledge of electricity, carpentry, plumbing, and other technical skills, ability to troubleshoot problems and plan solutions, and ability to read and understand equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.

Pay Rate: $24.72 per hour

Shift Pattern:
This position must be overnight flexible with the expectation to work 2 overnight shifts 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM, and three night shifts 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

• Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Performs mechanic skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
• Organizes and oversees the day-to-day and emergency maintenance requests to ensure buildings and equipment are in working condition.
• Responds to work orders in a timely fashion.
• Performs corrective and preventative building maintenance, including basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• May maintain and repair recreation equipment such as weights, pools, treadmills, and ellipticals.
• Installs, repairs, and inspects smoke and fire suppression systems.
• Complies with department, State, and Federal safety and compliance regulations.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance dates, repair costs, and type of maintenance performed.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
