Sunstates Security is currently hiring full-time and part-time Security Officers for ALL SHIFTS in the Lake Buena Vista, FL area. This position requires high-end, white glove customer service skills and offers a pay rate of $23/hr, with weekly pay.

We are looking for motivated Candidates that are driven by success, with a willingness to create an environment that fosters customer satisfaction while advancing their career. This position is located at a very luxurious condominium building, so excellent customer service skills are an absolute must.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Officer will read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

• Active Class D Unarmed Security License.
• Must be able to pass Federal/Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen.
• Must have previous security, military or law enforcement experience.
• Prior concierge, high-end hospitality, resort or hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and written skills are required.
• Experience with access control is a plus.
• Must be proficient in computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed reports, and understand computer and camera systems (monitor CCTV).
• Professional appearance is required.
• Applicants should be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Ability to perform patrols of the premises to standard.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification:
Florida D License
