Join our Food and Beverage team at Letter Press, an energetic lakefront restaurant at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace
. Open daily for brunch, Letter Press offers scratch‑made American comfort classics with a Southern twist in a fun and inviting atmosphere. We’re hiring a Host to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

The ideal candidate has food and beverage experience, a spirit to serve, experience with Open Table, and open availability.

Shift pattern: Full availability required 8‑hour shift between 7 AM–10 PM

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

• Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
• Assist others with side work including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Ensure knowledge of menu
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
