House Attendant Orlando Buena Vista Palace

Overview

The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a House Attendant to join our team. Connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs, this 1000+ room property offers comfortable and modern amenities with panoramic views from the Tower or Island Building. All suites and most guest rooms feature a private balcony for views of Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Resort.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping at a similar-sized property, good verbal English communication skills, and availability during nights, holidays, and weekends. This is a full-time position with full availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Full Time 9am-5:30pm and 3:30pm-12:00am

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
• Perform tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, and emptying ashtrays.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves) as needed.
• Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
