The Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking for a full-time Bell Attendant to join their guest services team!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in a similar position within bell/guest services/front office, excellent customer service and time management skills, a current valid driver's license and the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests at every opportunity.
Shift Pattern: Open availability any day of the week including weekends and holidays between the hours of 3pm - 12am
Pay Rate: $10.98 per hour

- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
- Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door, as needed
