Provide customer service to tenants, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site management and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter, observing for unusual activity and potential hazards;
Control access to designated areas by monitoring doors, checking credentials when required, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures;
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, using site systems and/or handheld devices as required
