Position: General Maintenance Engineer - Full Time

The General Maintenance Position creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a Hotel experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. The general maintenance performs routine maintenance duties of the property including, but not limited to: working with small hand tools, painting, drain cleaning, plumbing fixture repair and changing light bulbs in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest guest satisfaction while complying with required standards of performance.

They will also be required to provide preventive maintenance to guest rooms, public areas, pools and select equipment of the property and update/maintain appropriate logs. A general maintenance engineer will also perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment. General maintenance engineers may also work with forklifts to assist with checking in, distributing and storing incoming products and guest packages.

The general maintenance engineer position is paid an hourly rate of $24.76 per hour.
