Guest Services Agent | Tips

This is not a remote function. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled, 6 days a week.

Position: Guest Services Agent

Location: Lahaina, HI - Picturesque, historic oceanfront resort

Pay: $18.72/hour + tips!

Experience: Prior beach club, pool, hospitality, or F&B service experience preferred.

Education: CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).

• Bellman:
  Saturday–Sunday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
• Cabana Attendant:
  Monday–Wednesday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a friendly, reliable Guest Services Agent to join a growing team at a beautiful, historic resort in Lahaina. This is a guest-facing role ideal for individuals who are local to Hawaiʻi, understand the culture of hospitality, and enjoy working outdoors in a resort environment.

• Greet guests, confirm cabana reservations, and escort them to their setup.
• Prepare loungers, towels, umbrellas, and amenities prior to guest arrival.
• Take and deliver food & beverage orders, coordinating with the kitchen or bar.
• Restock water, towels, and sundries, and maintain clean cabana areas.
• Track rental times and process basic guest transactions.
• Provide local insights and address minor guest concerns.
• Enforce beach and pool safety rules and report hazards promptly.

• Must be currently residing on the island; strong local knowledge required.
• Ability to walk the property throughout the shift, including up and down stairs and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull towel or supply carts.
• Ability to work outdoors in the sun and heat for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate golf carts.
• Strong communication skills with a warm, guest-focused attitude.
• Reliable, professional appearance and demeanor.
• English proficiency required.
