Overview
Hourly Rate: $16.00. Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach in Lahaina, HI is looking for a Linkage Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team.
Pay: $16 per hour with production pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach Worksite in 2024 was between $34,796 and $127,018. (UNCAPPED commission & bonuses!)
Schedule:
Hours range from 7am to 8pm. Shifts are typically 7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-8pm, rotating shifts, 5 days per week. Must be flexible/open to working on weekends. Subject to business needs.
Up To $2k Sign On Bonus Potential
Up to $2000 sign on bonus potential with 1 year of timeshare experience.
- $1,000 paid after 45 days
- $1,000 paid after six months of employment
Up to $1000 with no timeshare experience
- $500 paid after 45 days
- $500 paid after six months of employment
- Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus

- Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
- Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensure that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
