Responds to guests' questions and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.;
Explains room features to guests and assists with access to amenities (key, ice, vending).;
Follows up with owners/guests to ensure requests are met to their satisfaction.;
Answers telephone calls and routes them to the proper department; may assist with bellman duties.
